Privacy

Privacy, in plain language

Stilwell collects personal information only when you give it to us, uses it only for the reason you gave it, and does not sell it or use it for advertising. This page explains exactly what we collect, the cookies the site does and does not use, and how to reach us about your information. Effective August 12, 2026.

The short version

Stilwell collects personal information only when you choose to give it to us: booking a meeting, emailing us, or purchasing a product. We use it to respond, run the meeting, and deliver what you bought. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and joinstilwell.com does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we collect

When you book a meeting or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, company, phone number, and anything you write in a message. When you purchase a product, payment is processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation of the transaction but never see or store your card number. When you browse the site, we collect aggregate, privacy-friendly usage statistics (which pages are visited) through Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no visitor profile.

Cookies

Pages on joinstilwell.com set no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics cookies. Our meeting scheduler runs at links.joinstilwell.com, operated on our behalf by HighLevel, and may set cookies that are necessary for scheduling to work, such as keeping your booking session together. Because nothing we load is used to track you across other websites, the site does not need, and does not show, a cookie consent banner.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and hold meetings you book, deliver and support products you purchase, send you material you asked for, and keep basic business records. We use aggregate usage statistics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Three service providers process information on our behalf: HighLevel (LeadConnector), which runs our contact records and meeting scheduling; Stripe, which processes payments; and Vercel, which hosts the site and provides its cookieless analytics. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. Beyond these providers, we share personal information only if the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will honor the request regardless of where you live. Depending on your state or country of residence, including California, these may also be statutory rights. To make any request, email isaiah@joinstilwell.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us: an inquiry we are responding to, a client relationship we are serving, or a record the law requires us to hold. The site is served entirely over HTTPS, and access to contact records is limited to the people who need it to do the work.

Children

The site is a business-to-business service for multifamily real estate professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes and contact

This policy is effective as of August 12, 2026. If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect. Questions about this policy or your information can go to isaiah@joinstilwell.com, and we read every note ourselves.

Start with one property and one quarter

Send us a quarter of invoices and we will show you what it should have cost. If there is nothing there, we will tell you that too.
